Life can be challenging. Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, confused, or stuck. Maybe the things that used to help you feel better aren’t helping so much anymore. Perhaps you are experiencing a sense of disconnection from who you want to be or from people important to you. Perhaps negative events from your past continue to impact you in the present. If any of this is true for you, know that everything you are feeling is valid, and you have the capacity for change and liberation.
Our path to doing this work has been a culmination of life experiences leading us to a more meaningful way of interconnecting in relationship. We bring a trauma-informed, decolonizing lens to this work and aim to continue grow and learn together.

Who We Are
Judy Almazan Stuhmer, MA, LMHCA (she/her)
Judy earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle with an additional certification in Trauma. Judy is trained in EMDR and loves being able to contribute to others' well being on deeper, more meaningful levels.
